P&I Pre-entry condition

Survey conducted at the time a vessel enters a new P&I Club or periodically.

Besides ascertaining the condition of the vessel, the survey should evaluate the risk posed by the manner in which the vessel is manned, managed, maintained in a seaworthy and cargo worthy condition, etc.
