  The Romanian Maritime  Authorities are facing a challenging task to contain pollution caused by the fuel escaping from the fuel tanks of MV Paris. The MV Paris sunk in 1995 during a heavy storm after colliding the North breakwater of Constanta Port. As of 5 Oct 2009 a patch of oil was observed at the site of the disaster. • Constanta Customs Office approves the certificates issued by A C S.

  Following the examination of the documentation submitted by Apollo Cargo Services Ltd., Constanta  and Constanta South Customs Offices approved the certificates issued by the company for use in the customs.  

• Survey license renewed by APC till June 28, 2009
  

  The Administration of Maritime Ports extended the validity of the license  issued to Apollo Cargo Services Ltd. for conducting surveys within the perimeter of Romanian maritime ports till June 28, 2009.
