Pollution in Black Sea
October 8th, 2009The Romanian Maritime Authorities are facing a challenging task to contain pollution caused by the fuel escaping from the fuel tanks of MV Paris. The MV Paris sunk in 1995 during a heavy storm after colliding the North breakwater of Constanta Port. As of 5 Oct 2009 a patch of oil was observed at the site of the disaster.
